How Does Personal Training Work?

Step 1: Schedule your personal training initial consultation

During your consultation, we’ll discuss your goals, injury history, and challenges related to movement and recovery. We’ll also go through a physical assessment to better understand how your body moves. This process helps me better understand where you’ve been and where you’re trying to go in the long-term.

Step 2: Create your plan

No more random workouts. Your training is designed specifically for you based off of your goals and physical assessment.

Your custom plan is delivered right to your phone via the CoachRX app which includes custom movements, instructional videos for each exercise, sets, reps, tempo, and rest times. With this, you can also decide how much in-person support you need or if you want to mix 1:1 coaching with hybrid training days were you follow your program on your own.

Step 3: Start your fitness journey!

You’ll have consistent support - every step, every session.

What makes this style of training different?
