You’ll go through a movement and strength assessment so I can understand how your body performs and what you need most.

Build Your Plan
No more guessing or random workouts. I’ll create a structured program designed specifically for you — complete with custom movements, sets, reps, and rest periods delivered through the CoachRX app. You can choose full in-person training or a hybrid setup that mixes one-on-one sessions with guided independent workouts.
